Ekurhuleni Claims department is useless

The most pathetic people to work for municipality.

I was bumped by ekurhuleni Bus driver before Christmas.

To date, there is no feedback, no updates They hardly reply to my emails nor answer calls.

Florence.Ngcobo is the most useless person they assigned my claim to.

whenever I ask for feedback she replies a week later asking for documents that were already submitted in December or lie that she will do follow up with a broker .does it take over 4months to process such a minor claim?

I was told assessor will come in January..it has not happened very ****ed because I am inconvenience since they don't care I don't have a car for work and everyday errands.
