Ekurhuleni Boksburg Accounts is Terrible

I have been a faithful payer and all the time on my invoice I get amounts that they always cant explain where they get them from. firstly it was vacant land property for R82.44 from the time we bought the house which came to about R1660. then now its property rates residential for R312.93. when you call then the number doesn't exist or its just ringing. I must say Ekurhuleni you have a terrible service no wonder other people doesn't even bother to pay municipality bills
