Ekurhuleni Benoni: Title deed not updated

<p>I sold a flat in September 2015. For whatever reason the property is still under my name at the Benoni Ekurhuleni municipal offices. I have relocated and have been contacting them for the past 15 months to update the system. The property have been registered under the new owner Hadly Gumede with the deeds office. I am currently harrassed by debt collectors because the new owner never bothered to pay his bills. I am helpless and don't know what to do.
