Ekurhuleni

Ekurhuleni has charged me for a meter that has been stuck for over 5 years. I don't get to read the meter to Ekurhuleni for they come and do it automatically. Now i am trying to get hold of someone and all the numbers that I have been given only rings and the service at reception is atrocious. Please could someone get hold of me rather urgently. regards
