Ekurheleni is hopeless

I have a reference since the 3rd September. Unfortunately I deleted the ones prior.

I have reported that the switch on the pole isn't covered and trips. So they came to replace it in July. But now the technician didn't have the correct switch of which he said he would come on Monday as it was Saturday.

I call and either wait for over 20 mins to be told they have escalated it, the supervisor will call me back or they just put down.
