Ekhuruleni non service delivery

Have a power outage from 1 am on Saturday 01/06/2019,its not 13:00, have called about eight times and the call Centre staff found it amusing that we upset being without electricity, had to fight for a reference number( ********** ),got it eventually and no one can tell us how long it's going to take before the problem will be resolved, spoke to a pearl that dropped the phone in my ear after holding the line for fifteen minutes, is this what our supposed infrastructure has become that it's every guy for him self and the devil for the rest... It's absolutely pathetic service delivery for a ton of money annually.
