Ekhuruleni Municipality Germiston Awful service

Ekhuruleni Municipality I would like to express my utter disappointment at the service we have received from Ekhuruleni Municipality in Germiston.

Our power went out on the 21st December 2023 and I have logged several calls for someone to come out and fix the problem. It is now the 4th January 2024 (14 days later) and still, no one is taking us seriously.

I have been calling daily, I have been to the municipality's building in Germiston, I have even contacted our ward councelors with no joy.

I would like to know who I can speak to that can actually assist us with restoring our power because we cannot live like this anymore.

There must be someone who will take us seriously and actually help us instead of saying "The matter has been escalated" with zero results.
