Ekhuruleni employees unreasonable and not coordinated

I had my electricity cut off. Then was told to come and pay R3400 for reconnection. After I came back with the R3400 I was then told no I have to pay R6800 for reconnection. So I went away again and returned with the R6800. Then I was told to pay R6500 which I did. When I went to the other counter to submit the receipt for reconnection the guy there told me I had to go back and pay another R2500. That is when I lost it. Finally one gentleman assisted me and took my receipt and told me reconnection would be by end of day that Friday. I am still in the dark this weekend with a 1yr8month old baby. I don't know what more should.
