Ekhurleni Municipality Water department

I have been trying to get somebody to fix a massive leak outside next to my meter since the end of June. Either somebody comes out and says it's not a main leak and closes the case and I have to phone for another ref number or they come out and say it's not a meter leak, it's a main leak and again close the case. I have 5 various reference numbers, I have reported it to the Alberton Record, I have sent mails to the senior management, but still nothing has been done. My paving is sinking, the rail on my gate is going to rust very soon too as the water keeps running into my yard. Nobody cares that so much water is being wasted. Should one pay 1 day late, your utilities are suspended, but not one single plumber wants to come out and repair this damage. I am at my wits end trying to get this municiple leak repaired
