Ekhurhuleni prepaid meter fascist attitude

I recieved a preterm notiçe on 19/10, yet it was dated 13/10, with deadline of payment for 24/10. I tried buying prepaid electricity but service providers said meter is blocked from today, 20/10 This is fascist credit control. How are you gonna fix this as I get my salary on 23/10? You are unfair and inhumane, why send letter with dates of your credit dept does what they want?
