Ekhurhuleni / Pre paid meters

I purchased a house in Park Rand Boksburg 4 years ago with a pre-paid electricity meter. I purchase the vouchers from our local Spar in Park Rand. Two months ago i was unable to load electricity and were without power for 4 days. I went in with the voucher and the meter and they gave me a code and loaded my electricity. 3 Weeks ago the same problem occurred and I rushed to the Ekhurhuleni whereby I was told that the meter is broken due to an "error 30" code. I was told i would only receive a new meter after 4-12 weeks and that I need to log a call every time i need to load electricity - the technician will then come out to load my electricity at the electricity box in the street. The turn around time for this electricity to be loaded will be 4-24 hours. Now my problem is that i have purchased various vouchers and have been without power 3-4 days on end. The power is not correctly loaded, and after making hundreds of phone calls from the Unipin office to the Ekhurhuleni call centre I am getting nowhere. A R500 voucher that was purchased on the 11th has still not been loaded due to an error and everytime i call i am told to phone this or that number and no once can assist. I then purchased another voucher yesterday at 12 and up to now, no one has been able to load my electricity. I feel the replacement with the meter box / unit must be available as ex stock as i can not and will not tolerate this process as i feel i pay my rates and taxes and this is NOT a service. I want a meter box asap in order to load and control my own electricity. My concern is that the voucher of R500 is "faulty" could be have been utilised by someone else as it was most definitely not loaded on my meter number and I have to suffer without lights and my son is writing his matric exam. This is pathetic and I want action. I have been issued with contact numbers to enquire about collection of a meter box and trying to follow up the faulty unit, and also when the technician will load my electricity but have no hope any more.
