Can someone explain to me how can EKURHULENI municipality charge your for 3 notices at R104 each time they send out this notices-1.Notice2.Final Notice3.Disconnection.IS this inline with the law or a money making scheme by Ekurhuleni.To make matters worse these notices dont stop even when you are disconnected. What a Burden on poor south africans.EKURHULENI PLEASE EXPLAIN the R104 rands for a notice.
