Ekhurhuleni municipality- THE WORST OF THE WORST!! Be ashamed!

I continue to despair at the rottenness and ineptitude of Ekhurhuleni municipality. My power has been out since Sunday 10 March. I have made countless calls - every time I speak to an agent I get nothing but lies and promises to escalate. I am taking care of my mother who has dementia. We’ve lost the contents of our fridge. Spent a fortune on data and lost hours of work. I don’t know what else to do. I’ve even tried the MMC for Energyp
