Ekhurhuleni call center is useless and DORMANT!!!!

Our electrical metre box has been broken for months now and the Ekhurhuleni electricians came to check the problem and have since never came back. Our food is rotting in the fridge and we use cold water in this cold weather plus the call center agents are rude and they said there's a turn around time of 4 to 24 hrs and it has been 3 days. It's really costly considering the airtime, candles plus rotten food. <br> <br> My father is a pensioner and pays rent on time all the time and it's rather disappointing that service delivery has to come at an emotional cost. <br> <br> Months back a Man who was allegedly sent by the metro came to our house to do an inspection so my father would stop paying rent since his a pensioner but the bill has since increased more than before which prooves a covert extent on the metro's side.<br> <br> Is this really suppose to heppan in the free world? Is this the \Good story to tell"? Is one's right to proper service delivery determined by the area and the net worth?<br> <br> Clearly your not worthy enough for EKHURHULENI METRO when your from the last town since it's not the first time we've had qualms in our area regarding service delivery.
