E-Siyakhoka Website is a waste of time!!!!!!

I have been trying to pay my account via the e-siyakhoka website since December 2015. It keeps failing all my payments. I have tried different accounts with the same issue. Please can someone from Ekurhuleni in Benoni call me so I can set up a damn debit order!!!<br> <br> I have phoned numerous times as well as emailed all they say is they will investigate and get back to me. 4 weeks later and I am still waiting!!!!! But you are fast to disconnect an account if it hasn't been paid!!!<br> <br> Why have a payment website if it doesn't work?
