DUPLICATE BILLING - ACC ***

My municipality bill has been duplicated and when I went to the branch in Edenvale, the lady at inquiries, she advised me she does not know why and cannot give me the breakdown. I always pay an amount of R161.00pm but now have been billed R320.00<br> <br> My account is not in arrears and I live alone, my water usage has not changed, I have no garden that I irrigate constantly, so can someone please give me a breakdown of what happened. If you check previous invoices/statements you will see that I have been paying R161.00 always!
