Dump site on my pavement

We have multiple problems with emm. People are using my pavement for a dump site. I've complain about it and nothing is been done. Also a bar opened up across the road of my house which is a disaster, load music, lots of people drinking beer and fighting on the pavement. I have photos and videos as proof.
