Dissatisfactory Service!!

I have had an electricity issue for the Past 7days!! I logged a ticket on the 30th of July with a promise of having the Tech come out in 4-12Hrs. I actually understood when no one pitched on Sunday because it was late which is OK. The following day nobody came no one even had the decency to call me I have been doing follow up each and everyday but they are so ***********!! My food got ruined but they don't give an ounce so long they get paid, that's OK I guess! Call their customer service is a nightmare because those people answer your call and continue having their own conversation and pretend they can't hear just to have you hang up, mediocre at best. Few minutes ago I waited on their Que for 40mins just for them to hang up on me, now who else Am I supposed to call to have my issue fixed? I'm so fed up no lie and looks like I'm gonna go another week with no electricity because Ekurhuleni hired *********** people!! And no one wants to help
