Dissapointed in Ekurleni's service

They have blocked my prepaid meter. I guess cause I was inarrears on my rates account, ( Which is actually ******* ) Iam up to date now and still cant get them to unblock my meter. Please can someone help me with this. Come on Ekurhuleni, really I understand cutting, which happens very quick, but I do not understand why it takes so long to put back on. Basically your loosing money because I cant buy power, and slowley but surley rather spending money on other means to get off the grid. Well I guess with all the load shedding its just the way to go.
