Dissapointed by EKhurhuleni Municipality Edenvale.

Good Day i am very upset and actually disgusted with the Ekhurhuleni Municipality. I stay in Tembisa and Monday to Friday i am at work..In March they blocked my electricity and said I owed R2000, i paid it , In April my bill was R750 , i paid it but I queried how does it come to that amount, no one responded to my query until now. This morning I received an sms with my bill , This month , May it is double the amount..I really am not sure how does this work. I am mostly at work during the week and I am only at home on weekends...So from the 25th of April until today, my bill is R1261...how does that work???? Am i paying for other people...Can somebody respond to this immediately....
