disrespected

<p>On the 29 November 2016 the municipal contractor was cleaning the field behind my house yard after the guy was done I realised that there's big stones and a mountain of soil in front of the gate and my wall fence I couldn't open the gate went to straight to the office to report the matter, a team was sent and they were very rude told me it's not their job to remove the soil,the made small space for gate to open then when I asked them about the soil on my wall fence they just told me to just increase the hight of the wall becouse they won't do it and now it's so unsafe for us becouse people can now stand on top of that mountain and see inside my yard. I feel so disrespected as citizen whose paying municipal services</p>
