Disrespect, lack of job fulfillment and bad attitude at Bedfordview Licensing Department

Not impressed with the service received today (15/10/2018). When I arrived I informed the lady at the front desk that I booked online. She told me to sit next to a gentleman in the queue. I double checked if this was the right queue, she assured me it was I did so and she proceeded to embarrass me by telling me I'm not in the right queue and to wait at the queue for the cashier. After a 15 minute wait, I get to the cashier and he tells me I have to have fingerprints done first. So I go back to the front desk lady and inform her. She tells me to sit in the queue again like she did the first time where I was initially embarrassed. After an hour wait, the lady next to me asked if I booked online, I said yes. We spoke to a white lady who proceeded to frustratingly tell the front desk lady off for making people who booked online sit in the queue when you are allowed to go to the front. The front desk lady then had massive attitude with both myself and the other lady telling me off again in front of everyone that I didn't inform her I booked even though those were literally the first words out my mouth after greeting her. She then also tells me again I did not listen to her instruction even though her instruction was incorrect. We got pushed to the front of the line, waiting for the lady in front of me to finish her prints and photo, as she left I proceeded in as I was next, the attitude from the employee was shocking. She looked at me and asked "did I call you?!" I responded that she didn't but I assumed to come forward since I was next. She clicked her tongue at me and told me I have no manners. I apologised to her and said no worries, I'll go stand back in line. She said to stay and continued to dig in her bag for lipstick. (I didn't know during work hours it was okay to make citizens wait whilst you reapp**** your make up to look pretty for who?) she told me that it's people like me (assuming she's referring to me being white) who have no manners and are rude?? She kept going on and on telling me that I'm the type of person they don't want to serve with a smile because I've now upset her because I didn't give her time to reapply her lipstick instead of doing a job she's paid to do. I told her I have apologised more than twice. She said don't apologise, I'm used to people like you (again, I would like to know is it a reference to people like me - white? Female? Young?) I would like to know. She then proceeded to put her lipstick on making me wait and talking in her language to her fellow colleague and laughing. She took her time even though it wasn't only spitting me but everyone else who had already been waiting hours. The lack of respect for people in general, the attitude and the unnecessary comments and embarrassment is not what I went to bedfordview licencing department for today. The lady at the front desk was wearing a yellow dress and the lady at the eye testing station had short hair and was wearing a jean jacket. Sad that this is what we have to endure.
