Dishonest bus drivers

Ekurhuleni bus service I would like to know how a bus drivers ticket machine can't work from last year until now. He doesnt give the passengers tickets and pockets that R17.00 we pay. I am very disgusted that these bus drivers can get away with what they doing. This drivers name is Shaun and he rides the mornig bus that goes to Rosebank at around 6:30am.
