Disgusting service !!!! Money over anything

I reported none working street lights November last year n again January this year but guess what the lights are still not fixed. We get charged weekly for ******* removal yet the service does not happen. Sometimes they come on Tuesday others Wednesday others Friday. The standard of them chasing after money does not match their service delivery standard. We are all affected by COVID but they still charge 300 for the termination letter n they have man power to deliver those letters to wrong addresses by the way but can’t get manpower to fix street light for over 5 months n to collect ******* on days allocated. Stop chafing payments until you improve your services. We are already buying electricity so up your standards so we can gladly pay rates n taxes. I know I will be victimised for this report but truth should be told. I have a reduced salary due to COVID now I am forced to pay 300 for for termination notice? It’s job creation for the person delivering the letter to wrong address at whose expense?????
