Disgusting service

Disgusting service from the city of Ekurhuleni. I'm without electricity for 24 hours now. Tried calling them since 17:00 yesterday and nobody answers the phone. Tried again this morning and was only able to talk to someone around 10:30 this morning after being on hold for more than an hour. Was then told to wait for around 48 hours before I can get some help. Tried to call again later today and phone just rings. ***?
