Disgusting, no electricity again

The whole area in Germiston, Homestead etc is without electricity again, last week the same problem. This is very uncalled for and unnecessary. Its very unhealthy but yet Ekurhuleni does not even give times or prepare us. Our security goes down at all measures and we targeted, and its a known fact. Our food and meat goes off, yet Ekurhuleni does not want us to suffer more and not reimburse. This is disgusting, rediculous.
