Disgusting and appalling as usual

I am yet again disgusted with the council. We have just finished voting for the new council and lo and behold our electricity box exploded yesterday (6th November 2021) and we escalated a query on the COE app, as nobody was answering phones, and finally we were told that someone would tend to our query shortly. Our neighbours have been off for 72 hours as their box tripped their power too, yet despite their own escalations the council has not even bothered to drive past and have a look. We were ****** a few weeks back, now we have no power for our alarm, the meat in our fridges is going off, those of us who need to work, cant, and the council just doesnt give a damn - they have their vote now so who cares right? Our entire street is off - (multiple resident reference numbers ref no ***1 ; ref no cm*** ; ref no : *** ; ). This is shameful guys , get your acts together or give the reigns to somebody better!
