Our City Hall in Benoni is 80 years old and it lies in ruin... Municipality don't care about heritage. It appears that whatever the colonialists built, the ruling party want to destroy. It also appears as if the Metro Police have no control. At every intersection - we are harassed by beggers looking for money - most likely to buy drugs. What's next?
