Disguisted at Ekurhuleni

Hi All

We live in the Geluksdal area in Brakpan. We had no electricity since the 18 of March 2018 due to electric shocks popping up the ground from the cable running under ground to the house. I logged the issue on the 18th and have been calling daily since the 19th for the issue to resolved and each person keeps singing the same song that they will escalate it. Or they say "the technician will definitely be there today". They are ***** and ****** because we pay our rates and taxes every single month. Maybe we shouldnt????

I am totally disgusted at their service in this situation
