Disgraceful Brakpan Traffic Dept. Useless

Our country is failing us.I have app**** for a Vehicle registration Certificate (previous one got lost) in order to sell my car. A process I think I heard take two weeks but I am waiting for 5 months. I have been visiting these offices every other two weeks but no answer, I was called to collect them then I went on the 30th November 2018, when I got there they we no where to be found. Magda the supervisor then said she will call me but nothing until I went there today, only to be insulted by Sam and he told when did I pitch when I was not called. And I shall be attended last I should wait outside. I was also told they were sent to Head office on the 12th December 2018 only and I had already app**** in August. Dimakatso also the so called supervisor gave me thier number around September, number that is never answered. The team of Brakpan traffic Dept are a disgrace, I have seen you a couple of times asking for cold drinks from customer's. That all you know. I want my Certificate!!!
