disconnection paid still disconnected
my electricity was cut on the 09.09.2015-and has since been paid howeveer remains off it is nightmare to get hold of someone in the ekhuruleni department. no one answers the phones the call center says go to th offices what is the purpose off them having telephone numbers if they dont answer it.

You need to submit the proof of payment to the Credit Control Department so they can inform the contractors to do the re-connection
