Disconnection of Prepaid Meter to system

Good Day,<br> <br> Could you please assist urgently.<br> <br> Which IDIOT has disconnected my electricity connection for my prepaid meter?????<br> <br> I have a prepaid meter since day one as you can see!!!! Been living at the address for almost two years and had the meter installed day one!!! Load my power every month as required!!! Never had this issue before!!<br> <br> Ref numbers for calls:<br> <br> *** and ***<br> <br> Spoke to a supervisor tonight and was told that our meter connection to the municipality was disconnected due to outstanding amounts!!! ***!!!<br> <br> It is a prepaid meter!!! And my municipality account up to date!!! Paid a R1000 today even though I still have no invoice for March!!! This is bull!!!<br> <br> If this is not resolved by noon I will go to the SAP and open a ***** case against the municipality!!<br> <br> My account has never been unpaid!!!! Electricity prepaid nothing to do with municipal account!!<br> <br> It is a prepaid electricity meter for heavens sake!!! Now I get told to visit the municipality!!! I work from 6 to 6!!!! Sitting with R1100 in electricity vouchers that I cannot use!!!
