Disconnection notice whilst in credit

<p>On 10th January 2017, we received a disconnection notice for Videx Wire Products account ********** 954</p> <p>Could understand this if we hadn't paid, however, we are actually in credit by over R50,000.00. ie Ekurhuleni actually owes Videx this amount. I was instructed by one of our directors to pay the amount on the "demand" as I couldn't get through on the telephone numbers on the demand. The last thing we needed was disconnection. I have now been trying - in vain - to contact the Accounts Department of Ekurhuleni. The numbers either ring out or are constantly engaged. Next step is to go to Ekurhuleni offices in Germiston which is a huge hastle for me.</p> <p>Absolutely disgusted at this service. HELP</p>
