Disappointment with Ekurhuleni Municipality

Giving the EMM one star because I cannot give it minus stars... Unfortunately the municipality that was once a pleasure to live in has now become close to a nightmare one! Everything is falling apart, cable theft is out of control (so much so that Telkom have decided not to replace the cables again which left me without a line for a very long time until I decided to cancel my account), pot holes everywhere, and the latest... double municipal bills (not caring whether the residents can or cannot pay the exorbitant amounts - I wrote to them, on their website, with a query related to my more than double account and they didn't even bother to acknowledge receipt of it)... When will the Mayor wake up and do something about it and make Ekurhuleni again one of the nice places to live in?
