Disappointing service from the Ekurhuleni Municipality yet again!!!

I am so disgusted with the service received from Ekurhuleni Municipality. We have been experiencing issues with our Electricity Meter since 12 August, as we cannot load our electricity vouchers (3 of them!!!). My mother has called the call centre since 12 August to report the issue, and we have been told that the matter has been assigned to someone who will come and check out the issue. Five days later, NO ONE HAS COME TO ASSIST US, and our electricity has run very low. We will be in darkness here at home in no time, but we have electricity available to load. Can someone COMPETENT come and assist us, please?!! This is so disappointing. :(
