Difficult to receive statement from Ekurhuleni

On the 07 September 2022 I have send email with a picture of my meter reading which I was told to send. I then went to the office on the 23rd of September to follow up and I was told the people who deal with such queries were not available. Mohlatlego who assisted me, said that he will send an email to the Meter room people to attend to this matter.

To date I am still awaiting response.

Please attend to this matter Urgently.
