Denial of Service

<p>Never have I struggled this much to pay rates & taxes.</p> <p> </p> <p>They have a glorious online portal (www.e-siyakhokha.co.za) but it works about as well as their phone lines. I have mailed them and keep getting NO response. If they consider charging me a penalty for late payment please inform them the issue is on their side. How difficult can it be just to email a statement?</p>
