Delay in approval of building plans

I submitted plans for approval for additions of building on the 14 April 2015. They told me that take 4-6 weeks to be approved but until today my plan is not approved. I went 2 weeks back and I was told the plan is with Chief officer for last approval, even today still the plan is waiting for final approval. It's so frustrating now because I do not know what to do to just get that last approval. This are the things that make other people to extend without approved plans. SOMEONE Please help, <br> <br> ANGRY, DISAPPOINTED, FRUSTRATED Resident!!!
