DECADE IN A SEWAGE POND

I am a resident at 7036 Moerane street Motloung section Katlehong 1431, I feel very far from welcome at home and it has been like that for a number of years now.

I have been reporting a blocked and constantly blocking sewage for a number of times and years now. the house I stay in which is at home was believed to have a dolomite and this was mentioned years back.

inspectors have came in and out of the house with the claim that they will repair the conditions in the yard, I stay with my two year old daughter and my wife in the yard, the only door and window we are able to use is the front door because the kitchen door has a pond of sewage, the toilet is messy and whenever and whatever the back opposite and the next-door neighbour does ends up in my yard.

I am not be the sole owner of the house but that is home, where the heart is suppose to be but I cannot even allow my child to go outside nor try and clean the yard because the sewage has messed up almost the whole yard and street.

I have a number of pictures of the SEWAGE POND we live in, the clean water sometimes mixes with the sewage and you can only tell that by the colour of the water and the smell. I have patiently waited for this to be resolved for number of years that my impatience is starting to run out.

May I please have the relevant department attend to this matter as if nothing happens I have no choice but to raise and take the matter even further as I believe I have a right to clean water and the responsibility to save it.
