Day 3 without power and EMM does not know why

Have been without power for 3 days now. Electricity meter is completely off. EMM has sent out a tech, who said he cannot find the fault and that the body corporate owns the cable which he THINKS is faulty. <br> <br> Call centre is extremely unhelpful and the buck gets passed back and forth.<br> <br> Absolutely sickening
