Damaged paving for almost 2 months

A call was logged for the repair of a leaking water meter. The technicians came and fixed the leak. The paving unfortunately had to be damaged in the process. I was then advised that technicians would come through a week later to repair the damaged paving. It's been almost 2 months and no one has attended to repairing the paving. In the midst of follow ups, I was informed that the case was closed and a new case was logged. Another 3 weeks thereafter, no one has come through to repair the damaged paving.
