Customer Service Non Existant

<p>There is no way to phone Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality to give my water & lights readings each month. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have tried for months, and everyone I speak to seems to think it's a joke when I complain that none of the numbers I phone are ever answered.</p> <p> </p> <p>All the ***call centre can say is that it's not their problem and give me the same numbers that always either just ring or stay engaged. </p> <p> </p> <p>I haven't seen any genuine concern from anyone at the municipality that numbers aren't been answered, they are non chalant about it like everyone there knows it's standard protocol not to answer phones. </p> <p> </p> <p>These are the numbers I have been trying, and they must be correct, because it's the same numbers I'm told to call each month when I have to personally drive to the municipality each month to give them the readings. </p> <p> </p> <p>(011) ********** <br />(011) ********** <br />(011) ********** </p> <p>(011) ********** </p> <p>(011) ********** </p> <p>(010) ********** (Ext 1000)</p> <p> </p> <p>It is disgusting that such poor service and disregard for customers is accepted as the norm at Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality.</p>
