Customer queries ignored on the Ekurhuleni website

I received a statement from Ekurhuleni via the e-siyakokha website but it was 3 times what I normally pay and the statement had no details - no meter reading.<br> <br> I lodged a query on the website but my query was ignored, infact its not the first ignred quesry
