CRY FOR HELP

This is a cry for help.

Since April I have been trying to settle my account. I call, I have written 3 queries. My account had a balance that I was trying to pay, but when i try pay it the system shows I am in advance and would not let me pay. This month i was able to pay a small amount via your website. Now it looks like you have handed me over but nobody ever called me, emailed me, nothing. I am trying to settle this account but your system wont let me. You have now ruined my credit record unfairly. This is ******* because nobody contacted me. I have actually been BEGGING for help, not the other way round. PLEASE HELP ME? I have proof of all the queries I have logged.
