Cruywagen Park Power issue

It's sad how the rates are so high yet no service delivery.... I bought a house in cruywagen Park which has turned out to be a nightmare, we haven't had power in over a week now and the call centre agents don't seem to know what the issue is. having to throw away food during this difficult times it's heart breaking and no one to hold accountable.... Jobs are being lost because we are still working from home.... Can someone say something about this
