Credit control issue prepaid

Unable to recharge my account , prepaid 24 sent an sms advising to contact credit control. I have been calling and been sent from pillar to post for the last 2 days now. My account is up to date so I fail to understand what you have done this please contact me to resolve this. ***. I am flying now and will land at 3pm . I don’t have any units any more and my family is currently sitting in darkness
