COULD NOT CARE LESS ATTITUDE

Dear Madam,

On the 23rd of December at 8:00 AM my wife contacted customer care to report our faulty electricity meter ( unable to load airtime) REF ********** !

We were told someone would be coming out to assist us within 24 hours it is now the 3rd of January and we are still waiting, had the meter not miraculously accepted a token on the 24th we would have had a very bleak Christmas indeed!

A total of 62 calls were made to customer services some of which went unanswered , on one occasion my wife requested to speak to a supervisor and was told, “You have no right to speak to a supervisor”, I am sure the calls are recorded perhaps someone should listen to them!

I feel instead of sending out unnecessary final demands some of that money would be better spent on training of call centre staff, some of whom have no idea how to work with the public!

I have since tried to load more electric and still no joy so the problem persists, is this the service we are paying for??

Disgruntled

Mr N. Cuthbert.
