Copies of original house plans required

We are currently trying to obtain original house plans for Erf 56 in Roodekop, address 153 Reedbok Avenue, Leondale from the Ekurhuleni Municipality but we are told that they can't access records and they also cannot provided date of when information can be accessed. We urgently need these original copies. Can you please assist.
