Complaint Springs Municipality

On the 26th of February I paid my account via EFT like I always do for the past 20 years (the amount owned was R845 but I paid R900) to my surprise I received a pre-tetmination notice in the 2nd week of March that my electricity was going to be switched off because of non-payment!!! I battled for more than week to get this sorted out the staff is horrible no service very unfriendly especially the people u suppose to talk to re your account - I finally received confirmation that my money is found and been allocated to my account and the fee would be reversed what a joke - received my new account today and not surprisingly no amount allocated for February and no reversal of the pre-notice fee????
