CoEkurhuleni is a disgrace!

For some reason when new water meters were being installed on Third Avenue, Edenvale they missed my house. In March I had a tap that burst. The plumber had to dig to find my water meter, and when he was switching the water off the wheel to turn the water on or off started crumbling. He told me that I immediately needed to request a new meter. I wrote on the 15th March requesting a new water meter and I have subsequently complained 4 times on the e-Siyakhoka website with absolutely no response. I have since been phoning on various occasions and spoken to a number of different people who have all promised to come back to me and none of them have bothered. I was given the supposed number for the water department, but that phone is never answered. My reference number for this complaint is ***. I am absolutely appalled that I have been trying for over TWO months to get this resolved and I have made no progress!
